Surreal Salon: Celebrating The Strangeness of the Season - Saturday, October 12, 2-5pm

Connect with the spiritual, dreams, the uncanny, and the unseen. Learn about the influence that spiritual matters and the more subtle realms have had on art in the 20th century. We'll go back in time to the dawn of surrealism, visit with some of the movements most notorious players, and experiment with different techniques like painting, collage, drawing, combining text with image, and surrealist poetry...and it will be FUN!

Georgia Carbone is a Painter, Tarot reader, and Reiki healer. She received her MFA from the California College of the Arts and has been an artist for over 25 years. She works with many different media and focuses on themes of healing and spiritual experience. She is the owner of GEORGI∆ ELECTR∆ and ELECTR∆ Gallery
