A relaxing class to nurture the heart and soul. Learn to synchronize mind and body using watercolor and meditation skills. Introduction to images as a tools for accessing deeper levels of Being. Develop intuition while learning artful meditation for healing and empowerment. During this online class, you will create a grounding and focusing artwork and learn a method of art meditation that you can practice again and again.

No Experience Necessary!

Materials you will need:
Watercolors (at least 3 colors)
Fine tipped watercolor brushes (size 0, 1, or 2)
Cold press watercolor paper (minimum 9x12, larger ok)
Eyedropper
Papertowel/cloth for blotting
Water containers for cleaning brushes (2)
Watercolor palette for mixing colors
